Who doent love the unusual color and shape combinations that SCHREINER NEW YORK did in their design and construction of fine costume jewelry in the 1950's and 60's. Known for the rarity and eccentricity of these aspects of jewelry design, SCHREINER even patented a method for the reverse setting of stones....point UP..rather than down....birthing the term Schreiner-set stone...(upside down!).
